Medical note: This article is educational and not medical advice. Dietary supplements can interact with medicines and may not be appropriate for everyone. Seek professional care for persistent, progressive, sudden or concerning symptoms.
Editorial standard: We distinguish established physiology and independent evidence from manufacturer or seller claims. Affiliate compensation does not change that standard.

1. Translate the claim

Turn vague promises like “brain detox” into a measurable question. What outcome is the product claiming to change?

2. Ask what was actually studied

Human randomized trials of the finished product are more directly relevant than laboratory findings on one ingredient.

3. Check the dose

If an ingredient has research behind it, compare the labeled amount with amounts used in credible human studies. Proprietary blends can make that difficult.

4. Check safety

Review interactions, contraindications and whether a clinician should be involved. “Natural” is not a safety certification.

5. Compare total cost

Use total checkout price, serving count and recurring-billing terms rather than promotional per-unit math.

6. Read the refund terms

Verify the current policy at checkout and keep order records.
